The iconic Travel Enduro from Mandello del Lario is undergoing a profound transformation and debuting three new variants, each with a distinct personality.

For 2024, the Moto Guzzi V85 range consists of:
– V85 Strada
– V85 TT
– V85 TT Travel

The new Moto Guzzi V7 is right there

The interpretation of the Moto Guzzi V85 now evolves in a more contemporary direction, refining numerous details that maintain the charm of the original model.

The front headlight and instrument panel are now shaped in aluminum, instead of the steel trellis of the previous generation, giving the bike a more dynamic and sporty presence. The rear handle (offered as an optional equipment on the V85 Strada) is also made of aluminum, favoring passenger comfort and ergonomics.

The twin-cylinder engine, which now includes new cylinder heads and is Euro 5+, has improved response, especially at low revs. The result is an increase in torque – 83Nm at 5,100rpm – and power – 80CV at 7,750rpm.

The aerodynamic protection is now superior, thanks to the redesigned and adjustable wind deflector in 5 positions, with a total height adjustment of 70 mm, ensuring a 37% reduction in wind pressure. On the other hand, both the new wider handguards and the patented design of the top of the fuel tank reduce wind pressure on the rider.

The V85 range features a new 5-inch color TFT display and redesigned control buttons for more intuitive access to the bike’s functions.

In the V85 TT and V85 TT Travel models, the mono-shock absorber now has preload adjustment through a knob, making it easier to operate when riding with a passenger or luggage.

The electronic equipment is also more extensive, now featuring a 6-axis inertial platform (available as an optional equipment on the V85 Strada), which enables functionalities such as Cornering ABS, thus representing an increase in safety.

The calibration of the electronic parameters – traction control, ABS, and Ride-by-Wire throttle response – is easily managed via driving modes. The Road, Sport, and Rain driving modes are standard on all models in the range, and the Off-Road mode is exclusive to the V85 TT and V85 TT Travel versions.

The V85 TT Travel also has the Custom driving mode (available as an option on the V85 Strada and V85 TT), which allows customization of all the motorcycle’s electronic parameters.

It is the model that best represents the practical sense of the V85, the ideal machine for everyday use and excursions outside the city. It is characterized by a minimalist and elegant style, abandoning hand protections, crankcase protection, and passenger handles (available as optional equipment).

The aluminum wheels are new and their weight favors maneuverability, with the V85 Strada weighing 4kg less than the V85 TT version.

The road-oriented design is further emphasized by the lower position of the front fender, available in Nero Isola and Grigio Brera graphics. The retail price of the Moto Guzzi V85 Strada is €12,599, plus transportation and expenses.

The V85 TT is the “off-road” model that embodies the original spirit of the V85, with a style that harks back to 80s enduro motorcycles that could do anything, from daily commutes to long trips. It is equipped with spoked wheels and tubeless tires with 17” and 19”(150/70-17 and 110/80-19, respectively), a new aluminum crankcase protection, and wider hand protections.

The Moto Guzzi V85 TT stands out for its red painted frame and Rosso Fuji and Grigio Tambora graphics.

The V85 TT Travel presents a set of innovations that elevate onboard comfort to a higher level.

It includes a Touring front wind deflector, with a 22% larger surface compared to the base version, and new side deflectors, ideal for highway travel and cold weather.

As a result, the wind pressure on the rider’s helmet is reduced by 50% compared to the V85 TT, with the front deflector adjustable in 5 levels. The equipment includes the Urban series side cases, with a new finish, having a capacity of 37 liters (right) and 27.5 liters (left), both of which can be unlocked with the same key.

Standard features also include heated grips and a heated rider seat, with the temperature adjustable via controls located near the left grip.

Completing the special equipment of this version is the Moto Guzzi MIA, the multimedia platform that allows connecting the smartphone to the vehicle, thus expanding the available functions.

The Moto Guzzi V85 TT Travel is available in the Bronzo Deserto graphics. The retail price of the Moto Guzzi V85 TT Travel is €14,999, plus shipping and expenses.
